Just be careful of any big derp guns that might hurt you even with your good armor (kv2, etc). If you are actually playing such tanks, just stay with your team so your chances of being flanked are low, and get out there shooting and drawing fire. Playing against them, you can either simply flank them and track and hit their copula. You aren't scared of getting derped as you will with other TDS with big guns. Same as any other slow heavy armored tank with weak fast guns. The At2, etc are easy to handle with vet players, same with the GC. Just like the other slow tanks like the Black prince, etc. They do a lot of damage if you keep them shooting since their guns are fast, you need to be in the open launching shots, no peek and hiding. A good player doesn't have a problem damaging or tracking it, bad players have no clue where to aim for weak spots. Are they actually worth it?īritish tanks do ok being slow with the weak copula hatch simply because most players you are against dont' know they are doing. Would need to grind alot of the lower tiers to unlock them though. * USA: their tier 7+ tank destroyers seem to have interesting stats. Is it because i play with noobs or there is actually something good about british TD?
However in my games they seem somehow to do lots of damage and people struggle alot dealing with them. Maybe hard to aim? Is the armor actually worth anything? But i expect there to be a catch somewhere. * Russians: i like the damage values and penetrations seems nice + some armor. * German: if so go for more armored tank destroyers or ignore armor and go for damage on the squishy ones? So i've been wondering with tree should i go? Armor values don't seem to grow much while penetration on all tanks indeed does. Looking at the raw stats of higher tier tanks it made me wonder if there is anything similar on higher tiers. How fast it is and has enough armor to deflect some hits while fightning at both close and long range.
